Are there any websites that you can download full albums for free that actually work on Macs?

What kind of music are you looking for? Datpiff has full mixtapes if you're looking for rap. I'd say just use a torrent client like Vuze or uTorrent and go to town.

girltalk is also free.

or e-603 which is rapid fire mashups like girltalk.

those are just the big free legal music sources off the top of my head.
