I dont like my girlfriend going to frats especially when she is drunk but even if shes not because it is pushed on people. Im wondering if im right in not likeing it or if i am completely out of line.
 
youre right not liking it dude. shit goes down at frat parties. pretty much just the same way as shit goes down when you party naked. they are one and the same.

I steer my friends away from frats in general, even my own fraternity. I HATE it here and can't wait for the end of the semester.
 
frats are just stupid in general, just a dumb reason to get drunk and party. i school i'm looking into completely tossed their greek life because it got out of hand, and i like it.
 
frat kids (depends on frat) are skeevy. Some kid went up to me girlfriend and was like "yea I'm in this frat, wanna go see me room." I couldn't do anything because it was in his frat so if I hit him I'd die, but I said. Fuck you
 
yeah standing in line blows and it they usually smell. I went to a sorority party though and it was pretty tight. It was clean and they had kegs in multiple spots so it wasnt bad.
 
yea i wouldnt go to a frat party. now the thing is that shes joining a sorority so they go to them. shes been good and only went once and i told her what was up and got pretty pissed at her. last thursday she had to do sorority stuff and on friday i asked her what she did. she said that they went to one of the seniors apartments and got drunk and then went home. i asked her how she got home and she said witha sober driver. she left out the part that she got the ride at a frat. she had only been there for 20 minutes she says but she still didnt tell me until i actually asked her a couple of times. its kind of annoying.
 
frats are for guys that can't make their own friends or get their own bitches. they need to pay a whole buncha money a year for their lack of game.
 
Eh, I've been to a few frat parties so far... It really depends on the fraternity.

The first two I went to sucked. People were assholes, it smelled, it was hot as hell, you could not get to the alcohol because people just mobbed the bar...

However, I went to one last night, and it was really fun. People were chill, alcohol access was as easy as asking, and good times were generally had by all.
 
I've been to a few frat parties, and although I did not rush one, it's not quite true that frat boys are all people that buy friends and get drunk, a lot of the dudes in the frats have plenty of friends and bitches not in the frats. And during the rush parties there was a lot of free booze, lots of girls, and it was quite fun overall. I wouldn't pay 6 or 700 to be in one though.
