Josh berman was not the bum at the end, thats Freedle Coty.... josh didnt appear in this movie from what i remember, you can see him in strike 3 in front of his smoking limo

What the hell were they doing with a car on the moon?... havent they gone far enough?
 
You can also see Josh in my basement where he is chained to the wall. Hibbert comes over a few times a month and beats him for hours at a time.

Forward was a bit of a letdown for me. The music was a bit repetitive, I get tired of hip-hop in ski movies. DC's section was off the hook, and there were other good parts, but overall it didn't have enough content. The intro? Bored the hell out of me... too long, basically just a bunch of different shots put together in no particular order... or so it seemed.

If you think Forward is the best jib movie you've ever seen, go watch Session 1242 and get back to me.

Yeha, it was a little short, but defintly takes the cake for best movie I have ever seen. nad i have seen lots.

The intro was soooo rad. Much better then RFA's (in my opinion), and the music was soo smooth, but you do have to feel that type of music 4shur.Only let down was PHils seggy, and lack of trailers, but thats nothing, and Phils segment was way above par with others, just seems repetitive from last years.

Phil B.'s switch 360 safety on the hip was probably the smoothest thing I've ever seen, by the way.

And a clarification: the skiing part of the intro was sick sick sick! But the landscape part before it was too long... but then again I don't want to nitpick.

mine is stuck in a DVD player, all of a sudden the DVD player crapped out half way thought the movie, the player won't open.... damn.

i was watching the intro, and i dont think id ever felt anything like that before.. haha... theres one shot of mikael stickin a switch cork 9 @ the open, and he just like, afterbangs the living fuck out of it, and thats when i basically splooged myself... such a solid movie, but i think they could have worked to put a few more people in it... like strike three... lotsa riders, i like to see that

I like Berman's approach of putting together short, quality segments with a smaller group of skiers. That way he didn't end up with a long movie with some parts that weren't necessary.

ya, i like the small rider list aswell. i really dont like watching videos where guys only have 3 shot parts. its such a waste

sometimes when im running water to wash dishes or something, i think about how lucky i am to have such simple access to running water and how some people will never know such a simple pleasure.

then i let it run for awhile, just because i can.

 
Yeah that's defintly where movies are heading, it jsut doesnt cut it with 3 or 4 shots of a rider. I also like dit how almost every segment for each rider had its own song, instead of including two or three people.

Hope Session 1242 follows like that.
