Forward Pressure on Reactors

Just wondering if anybody can explain how the forward pressure is adjusted on Line Reactors.

I would recommend having them set by someone who's certified.

I'm actually a certified binding tech for Rossi, Salomon, Look, Atomic, and Marker. I haven't had a chance to play with Reactors so just looking to satisfy my curiosity.

Does Line have a binding cert test anyways?

I'm in a predicament, I'm going to buy the line bindings but my local shop doesn't carry the bidngins anymore, so would they still be certified to set them up for me? Cause if they aren' then I either have to look into getting a different binding or setting them up myself because there aren't any other places close to me.
