yea, forum search would be really cool....

on another note, i understand that there used to be some skiier's stock market or something on NS.... will we ever see that again? some veterans wanna clear up what it was?

1 day till it... sse wasn't the greatest, only because it was controlled too easily. i know i was part of the controlling towards the end, along with many others, proving the addiction to NS... being on every single night at midnight just to win SSE is kinda sad... and i still didn't win...

 
Yeah sorry about the search not being back yet. I wrote it when the database was super small so a dirty little search algorithm was fine. But now that there are almost 700,000 posts, it needs to be a lot more refined.

It shall be back eventually.

And the SSE, we shall wait and see.

harvey, can't you just get the google search engine code.. I know they offer it, just don't know if it'd be applicable here.
