Carlos doesn’t move that wheel 1 mm to the left and that clown took him out cuz he got passed and was pissed. Stewards probably afraid of cartel retribution, as is RB. It’s the got to be the only reason Perez still has a seat

You can make that claim all you want. If that was a fact Perez would have be penalized. He wasn’t because the data showed they both moved inwards slightly towards each other. The stewards felt both drivers had a hand in the incident which is why it was ruled a racing incident and neither were Held at fault.

Don’t know how they did it but the car banksman(?) was the one that goofed and told Alex to pull out the garage before the pit crew member could grab the fan, almost got run over trying to grab it as the car pulled away.

Franco is already on par with Albon pace wise and finishing wise. Having only been in the car a few races.

carlos isn’t some magically driver who’s suddenly going to come in and spank Albon and win races in the Williams. He’s be there or there abouts with albon. Which Franco is currently doing and could continue to do for 3/4 of the price. Those are just the facts.
 
Hoping Singapore will be just as good of a race as Baku. Especially with another 3 week break after even though they just got back from summer break lol
 
No one expected Yuki to finish the qualifying ahead of the two Ferrari drivers. Yuki has looked pretty good in the practice sessions as well in the qualifying and it would not be a great surprise if we see him finish tomorrow's race in the top 10.

Well one Ferrari crashed out and the other had his time deleted. So saying Yuki finished ahead of them is a stretch. If Charles kept his time and Sainz hasn’t crashed yuki would have for sure been behind them.
 
i keep up with f1 news and I respect the drivers and engineers, but I find it kinda funny how much of y'all like it. f1 culture is uppity ski racer culture, it's not the same kind of rowdiness as freeskiing and snowboarding.

as for recent news, uh...I feel bad for Ricciardo, hopefully he can have a good stint in another series like Indycar/WEC/NASCAR

It sucks, I really like Ricc but he hasn't won a podium since 2021. He isn't even a top 5 driver anymore. So, I can understand why he got the boot. I could see him as a rally driver tbh. He has that same rowdy energy that most Rally drivers have.

Daniel doesn’t seem to be interested in other racing series, he’s scared of ovals so sadly indycar is out of the question.

No I was joking of course. Having to win every race/sprint and get every fastest lap with max always finishing second is a bit of a stretch

not that outlandish when it’s possibly better than what merc, aston, haas, sauber, alpine, and vcarb will have. this leaves mclaren and ferrari which undoubtedly have the two of the strongest lineups next year.

Just listened to vowles on the F1 nation podcast. Dude does not waste words. He is such a calculated, strategic and smart man. The way he talks of next year being a complete wash and everything goes into 2026 gave me chills. Most other principals would lay out some bullshit he just cuts right to the point. Love that.

His courting of sainz must have been dialed.
