Former Marine Shot 60 Times by SWAT Team

They failed to announce "police" or "search warrent" as they entered.
The swat team took action on a gun being pointed in their way. What do they expect.
What gets me is that he wasn't given medical attention and could've probably been saved.
I'd put more guilt on the police's side this time, but the reaction to having a gun pointed at you is generally to protect yourself, especially in a poorly lit home at night.

I'd probably guess not. Possible to save him, yes. Any effort would have been better than we they actually did...but being shot once is already a problem, 60 times just makes it that much harder to save.

No, the DID announce that they were police and conducting a search warrant, and they arrived with lights and sirens.

And he was shot 60 times. No, he could not have been saved.

And the raid took place at 9AM, not at night.
