UFC heavyweight champ Brock Lesnar may not stepping into the octagon any time soon, according to UFC President Dana White. White and other are talking about a serious Brock Lesnar illness that will keep him sidelined for the foreseeable future.

Lesnar's sickness was the reason that the Brock Lesnar-Shane Carwin fight on Nov. 21 was postponed. At the time, it was said that the Lesnar was sick with a serious bout of the mono. The Lesnar-Carwin fight was supposed to be rescheduled for Jan. 2, but even that date may be in jeopardy is Brock Lesnar is still sick.

So why is Brock Lesnar sick? No one has given a detailed explanation about the nature of the Brock Lesnar illness. Here's what Dana White had to say after UFC 105:

"He's in a hospital up in North Dakota somewhere right now," White said. "He went to Canada and some bad stuff happened to him, so we've got to figure it out.

"He doesn't want to talk about it publicly, but he's in bad shape. He's not well and he's not going to be getting well anytime soon."

The lack of detail to all kinds of baseless internet speculation about what bad stuff happened to Brock Lesnar in Canada. Is Brock Lesnar sick with the swine flu? Is it some sort of side effect steroids? Is Brock Lesnar just plain afraid of losing his championship belt? Did he catch something after drink a bad case of Labatt's?

Lesnar will overpower Carwin in the fight, so im not anticipating the fight too bad anyway. I could care less if its pushed back to February.

He gets mono and something else. HAHA. Dana in the press conference made some statement that he was trying to get Brock into the Mayo Clinic or some other place which means he is EXTREMELY sick but at the same time Dana made some comment about how it isn't cancer or HIV. A lot of people are wondering if it is something like Hep C which means you either got it from having sex with someone that is infected (which means if Brock hasn't cheated his whore of a wife did or takes intravenous drugs) or that Brock got it from dirty needles and all the questioning from Sports Illustrated and ESPN about him taking roids at one point were valid questions and that Brock has been lying about it.

Too bad any one of the guys from the Pride HW division in their prime would have stomped his face in.

haha. you're ignorant. Brock Lesnar was pretty much the same size when he wrestled in college. Of course, you can talk a lot of shit about him while hiding behind your computer and a fake name.

Have you seen the difference in how much more cut and bigger he was in the WWE compared to college wrestling days and the size he is now?

im just not a fan. when it comes to fighting, i like to see someone with speed, agility, and skill. brock just charges in, gets a take down, then throws hammer fists. hes a typical wwf roided out wrestler who moved into ufc. sorry if it sounded harsh before, but if brock never came back to ufc, i think it would be a good thing.

the roots of mma are basically no rules street FIGHTING. its come to be a legitimate sport now and its amazing to watch but its still fighting and if a big brute can come in a charge a well rounded fighter with technique and agility and hammer fist there face in then im gonna say that the big brute is a pretty good fighter. i think brock is adding something to ufc's recipe of fighting.
