For those who skied on anthems this season...

looking to buy a pair and since lots of people have had a season to ride them i figured now i could get more info on them. any pros/cons you have about the ski throw it up here. i never got to demo a pair and im damn pissed the shops around killington only had 171 and 161 mounted up. just looking for a jib/rail ski not major charging with them (i got 183 watchlifes for that). if you have anything constructive to say post it.

this years were shit quality. the chipped, delammed, and my friend's bases seperated from the core. but they are a fun light ski. but get next years

i only rode them for one run, i traded with a friend for a run, and they were pretty sweet. They were light soft and poppy. i am 5'4" and weigh 130lbs and i was riding the 178 i think...

+ 1

really fun ski, i loved mine but they did fall apart. Dont count on skiing them much longer than 1 season, but they're cheap so you get what you pay for. I would find out if there is any top sheet quality changes for next year and if not just buy this years, this year easily run less than 300.

i see where they coming from^^^ but i used mine as my only ski and they held up ok the topsheets are shit but they are light and poppy and super fun in the park. esp. off jumps yah know. mine didnt see to many rails and i could see where they might only hold one season if you really work em. but if you just looking for a ski for a year then id say go go go they very fun and you might be able to get another year out of them. im getting another year outa mine

they are amazing.

funnest ski i have every ridden. im buying a new pair next year if i get the monies

your right, mine would have last considerably longer if i hadn't hit rails with them, espiecally since i was attempting to learn rails this year.

BTW skis work pretty well in pow if you lean back, i coudnt get them to ski switch in pow however but that might just be because i suck.
