i would definitely say rfa, its more professional and forward has NOTHING but rap...so yeah, rfa

but you can't go wrong with either one

i havent seen FRA yet but forward is def a really sick movie, i will prolly buy both but forward kicks ass man...

fra is the same old stuff with only a few really surprosing shots. foward is overall a better movie, more creative and good music.

two different styles of filming and editing....i bought all 3 (forward, exact science, RFA) thats the best way to go, you get 3 different perspectives and nearly completely different footage. none is better
