5th June there's the Refridgerator Open at Milton Keynes XScape. Its a Saturday evening thing. Orgaanised by Ellis Brigham.

I think its a slopestyle and pipe comp, open to all.

I'm definitely thinking about heading down there. Finish my uni finals the day before, so will be there with a hangover, but will enter for sure.

Would be cool to get a few of us from NS down there to hook up. Anyone interested?

 
Funnily enought so do i, But haviing bust my ACL im way to bitter (and upset) to go to a skiing event and not be able to ski. Its good to see more people from the UK on this site.

Yeah i'll come down if rossi sort me out with some new scratches as mine are trashed. Are they gonna have the slopestyle on the (skiers) right hand side of the dome, as the pipe is on the left? That'd leave no groomed piste which would be pretty sick. Transfer from the jump into the pipe perhaps...Last refridgerator was good did you two^ go?

Didn't make it last year. But yeah, I guess the slopestyle will be on the right hand slope.

Would be an ill transfer between the pillars into the pipe! But impossible i think, they've got wooden railings running the length of the top of the pipe. Or maybe a stall on the railing, and then drop in!! I think we could be in Jonny Mosely Mad Trix territory with that though!!

 
i might try to get to that. I never entered any thing before for skiing. Is it for snowboarders aswell?

I think its just a ski event. And its on an indoor slope, real snow.

I just entered me and a couple of mates. We're pretty shit, but safety in numbers eh!

Cheers Magseven, yeah its tough. Especially when i see skiing on the tv and all the contest's i could go to. Cos the british scean is really starting to take off. But when i was out on my season there was nothing. Still i has fun and thats all that counts. and the docs reckon that in about a year from now ill be able to ski again. But im not sure weather ill be in the park again. I just canont handle fucking my knee again.
