Yeah

So basically I got these skis like 2 weeks ago, only ridden 4 times, excellent condition.

Reason for selling - I twisted my knee in the park and damaged my MCL.

Had problems with the same knee when I was younger so have decided to quit

skiing park

One ski has a tiny chip on the topsheet and the other a couple of small scratches on the tail. The bases are in great condition only some superficial marks

from sliding some boxes and rails.

Here are pics which paint an honest picture of the condition of the skis:

the chip is about 0.5cm long

a great lightweight park setup.

I paid €459 for these skis which I dont see for sale anywhere online yet. Anyone interested PM me an offer.

i got the skis and was stoked.

twisted my knee doin a 180 of all things and decided to rethink what i was doing - my mum busted her knee skiing and has had problems with it the rest of her life, my friend tore his acl in december so only had 3 weeks of a season had to go home. my flatmate who used to live in boulder has busted both her ACLs during her ski career and always has problems with her knees. so many people ive spoken to have similar stories

and the same knee that affected is the one i have had a bit of trouble with. i can only see it getting worse so to be honest i have started riding park on a snowboard. prefer to break a wrist or collar bone than tear a tendon and have reoccuring knee problems.

anyway, my rants gone pretty off topic but the skis are geniune.

Sorry to hear about the knee!!!!

i ordered the same skis about 3 weeks ago and getting them in 3 days. lets hope they are sick!!
 
damn dude, vibes for your injury, must hurt like a bitch, just out of curiosity, howd you get the skis? did you win a comp or something? this all seems legit, i was just wondering.

thought i had a buyer back in april but the guy pulled out so these skis are still for sale

i have no idea how this shop in france had these skis...i had been going all over resort looking for park skis and he just happened to have 1 pair. i guess i should have taken a picture when they were still sealed in the plastic wrapping but... i didnt expect id be selling them!

knee healed well but i still feel the tendon a little bit when its cold / i play a lot of football (soccer)

to be honest...im a snowboarder so thankfully me knees can no longer rotate individually. used to skateboard and when i got on a board everything in the park felt a lot more natural. powder on skis is probably more epic tho tbh.

i shoulda bumped this thread pre season totally forgot. may just fling these skis on ebay and hope for the best coz i will definately not be using them again.

WHOAH 10 pms!!!! I never got an email notification or I would have replied to you guys.

Anyone still interested? I will find out postage costs to the US as thats where most of you guys are...
