like it says i have a pair of 179 helbents i may be looking to sell currently mounted with marker griffon bindings, drilled for a 26.5 boot, used about 5 times, no damage..make me an offer, cheers
 
would i have to get them remounted for 28.5 boot?

i know its stupid question but i no jack shit about that kinda stuff
 
Most likely. It really does depend on the BSL of the boot and not the boot size, but I'm fairly positive you'd need to mount them again which isn't that big of a deal, 2 mountings shouldn't effect the ski at all.
And to OP, what is the BSL of your 26.5 boots?
 
its a 305mm bs length, will post pics soonand trying to sell with bindings fist, looking for around 700ish
