If i had 15.000.000 $ and wanted a new ski home I would much rather build one by myself and design it the way I want it to be. Anyway it looks pretty dope ( but I don't believe someone will pay that much as to the same reason I already mentioned)
 
Were the same way, but instead of just for family, we use it to hold meetings for diff youth groups, parties, and house foreign exchange
 
My dads business partner did the same thing he built a ten million dollar house in novascotia when the Canadian dallor was weak and just sold it and made a killing. They are a little big to manage with out staff if it's your family but for parties after the Marblehead to hailifax race they are sick

It's a house designed with the coda "a place where you can lay your head down and relish the fact that your life is better than just about anybody elses" so it could be anywhere from 1-99 people for all I care, it's still excessive.

But if someone's into that, by all means.
 
These two paintings are worth roughly 200k together.

They are waiting in the junkroom to be hanged on the wall tommorow.

(they are by Cornelis Springer, pretty cheap because they are both damaged.)

My dad owns alot of places since he is a lawyer for real estate guys, he always gets deals.

Otherwise he wouldn't have got that place in monaco or moscow.

Haha no?!? That would be weird... We just randomly go to them (well, my family does... I only really go to the Northern Wisco place in the summer). They're not like timeshares or anything, they're ours...

my friend just built a 5,000 sqf house in vail. i think it was some where around 10 - 12 mil. sickest house ever his dad desinged it. once the snow gets good it will be my permant residence
 
I don't know why everyone thinks a 4800 sq ft house is huge. My house is 3500 sq ft and lived in by 4 people, 4800 really isn't a huge deal for a "high class" vacation home, especially in Whistler.
 
I am at that house a TON and we let all our extended family use it through out the year... That house is used A LOT. Not a rich asshole. He was just claiming hard... had to put all the cards on the table. Chill! =p
 
whether it be the ferrero rocher, the jet lag, the absurdity of the thought of a bunch of us in a lavish whistler chalet or the sweeping claims about apartments in monaco, this thread has me laughing uncontrollably
 
dude that chick in NYC just bought an apartment for 88 million i believe it was... that makes this place seem like the bargain of the century.
