Basically, the footage didn't contain anything that warranted the use of slow motion. Meaning, slow motion didn't reveal anything we couldn't have seen otherwise were it regular speed. Also, when you use slow motion, we are able to see what is going on easier, meaning you need to cut the footage with a faster pace or else it seems dull.

this edit is impossible to watch. not only do you cut the best part of each shot out, the song is horrendous, and the cuts to the song blew as well...
