for peeps who can do corked 7's...

I was wondering if you guys find corked 7's easier to throw than regular seven's. I dunno im just assuming this cause on trampoline they are way easier and im thinking of trying a corked 7 especially since my regular sevens are pretty dialed... any help would be appreciated... thanks

cork &s arnt easier for me jsut becasue i havnt done as many corked as i have straight but they are easy> they spin faster than straight spins but dont count on that when your first learning them

It really depends on the jump, if it's a staright kicker it's easier with regular 7's, but if it's a jump that goes upward or whatever it's easier with cork'ed one.

I go off axis on every spin if the jump's not straigh, bad balance?

i find regular 7s way easier, probably just cause ive been doing them alot longer but corked 7s arent hard to spin just to land perfect

corking tricks come more naturally to others...they can be difficult to learn if they don't come naturally, at least that is what I found out. But interestingly enough, I can do a normal 7 on a trampoline and barely do a cork 7 on one, but can throw a cork 7 on a jump easier than on a trampoline. Just try it and see what happens. People who do them better generally have a better idea of 'where they are' in the air.

apparently once you get them dialed they can be easier. I guess i still dont have them dialed because i find them alot harder.

 
corks are way easy, i think i saw someone say that they're easier than sraight 7s when you get them dialed, completely true

cork 7's, if u set the spin perfectly ull come out perfectly. on regular 7's even if u set the spin perfectly u still might land a little off axis. grabbing is important too.

micheal olenick is only pro because of his brother. there are tons of skiers better then him they just need the exposure he had, and what better way to have some exposure then ur older brothers sponsors.

I think that my cork 7's are more consinstent than a flat one just because it is extremely easy to lose axiso na flat one and when u do it is next to impossible to correct it but when ur going corked its meant to eb that way so if u make a little mistake its easier to fix. I also think that they come around smoother.

 
I find that corks are generally pretty easy. But lately on my 7s I have been getting inverted on around 540,and barely making the landing centered. I have'nt been able to throw them normal since it happened. Normal sevens are easier to most, but they have a whole different feel in my opinion.On corks once you throw yourself into it, everything just links together. Shit, I can't even remember what the topic was.
