Do you come at the box/rail at an angle for both presses? Currently I'm working on them on boxes, just wondering if you lean back once your on the box/rail for the tail, or do you come in at an angle.
yeah, come in straight but from the side. as long as you keep your weight center you wont slip off. but make sure your dins arent like 6 cause you'll release if you weigh anything
coming in from an angle doesnt help me, come in straight at one side of the box, put your toes in the middle and slide it out, then work on getting further out on your skis, youll figure out how much you need to lean to how far off you are.
i just come at the rail with my left ski right at the rail and my right ski off to the right a bit (i grind right foot forward) and so when i jump onto the rail i land in a nose press
i come at it a lil to the right side and angle towards the right so when i land im a lil nosepressed then i slide further and further over...sometimes ill just land reg going straight then kick out for the nose
i come at the box straight but instead of popping off the center of the jump, i approach from either the left of right side so when i land on the box i'm already set
