For dagmar kids....

Well first off, I'd like to thank everyone who came out this weekend, I had a blast! We definately had an Extremely successful opening weekend, and a pretty fun setup. Props to my park guys for doing a great job and staying on top of things. Don't hesitate to come and talk to myself or any park staff, I love to hear feedback, just dont tell me things suck, tell me what i need to do to make something even better...(if you say something sucks... my brain turns off lol) But I for sure think we had the BEST setup in Ontario hands down. So what's next? when it gets cold, we'll blow more snow in there get the FDF going, the A frame box, and the shotgun at the top... also get some bigger jumps going on too.

give me your feedback on how things could be setup even better, I'm def doing a big gap on the whale box soon, and messing with the Rainbow box to get more up-slide, and figure out a way so the landing doesnt get bombed out so quick.

opening weekend was sick....i hope everyone had fun...and dont forget that Dagmar will be holding some contests in the near future...dates will be posted soon....
 
i have never been to a park where the park staff work so hard fixing the jumps on to the rails and the kickers. Amazing job to all the park staff

put the rainbow on a table? That way you have a constant landing, and can start going "up" the lip with out wasting precious rainbow time. You get off the lip and THEN the rainbow STARTS. just a thought i dont know if it would work or not.

 
eat some food and grow some muscles haha. oh well i dont know what to do then thats for you guys to figure out
 
yah today was awsome for skiing so much shine. great park only negative is you have all those snowboarders at the top buckling up so you have to weave through them, but i guess you can't fix that and i guess thats why skiing is so much better cause you don't have to spend half your time buckling in and out.

check it out, snow is decent, we are blowing full force tonight, as we did last night, so more features to come including an A frame Box, Flat Down Flat rail, Battleship Box, and More/Larger Jumps
 
lmao uhh i was looking for opposite.. I'm new to freeskiing and want to progress to rails... that are shoreter that balls..
 
was there tonight,, was amazed how it looked considering the weather that has gone through, but still really depressin lookin left of big daddy on the chair and seein nothing but grass, maybe thats why i sucked so much tonight cause i was depressed by the secenry lol,,, but keep up the good work guys
 
i was there today, i fucked up on the rainbow box ( i slid it fine, but landing switch off of that isnt fun), and im leaving to go get an x-ray.
 
today i caught both edges on the top of rainbow box and landed in flats.....owww my leg and shoulder are quite bruised....o well riding tommorow prolly lake.....dags fun
 
yeah i was there yesturday with freestyleskier.. and i had one brutal run.. fell off the long flat rail and smoked my arm.. then try to dystaster the flat down and it was really sticky so i jolted forward and killed my leg.. then hit the whale and fell off the end on my ass lol... never had such a bad run lol
 
wow that sucks, well put it this way. just be happy u didnt nut urself or break any bones. And i the flat down was so sticky today, when i hit it slow i slid the rail with one foot on it and the other foot was at my waist level (i almost fell on my face)

hopfully this next snowfall will put dagmar back in business and we can get some good days in sense it suppost to be staying cold for a while
 
kk this is just another "what's up at the hill" post...sorry i know they're annoying.....but me and a few pals are headin up there wednesday, and wanted to know what to expect. Any jumps yet????????????

C- Rail was installed on saturday morning and its Derrrty. come check it, also Flat down flat rail is going, and 2 30 ft jumps....that are decent, come check it out!!!
 
Dag. you need to stretch out the lips of ur jumps. they have a pretty nice pop, the top jump is ok, could be longer tho maybe bump it to 35 or 40 then the final jump...demolish that sorry excuse for a lip and put in a nice wide long and high jump to step down that long ass landing, could be easily 40 feet long with 20 more feet to land on smoothly.... i dunno if u are hurtin for snow or what the deal is but that jump can be really really good if u make it bigger!
 
yeah eveything is going to be done bigger, longer, wider, bigger,....but it is still pretty good especially considering you didn't buy a ticket....
