ok i play woodsball 95% of the time, and having been playing for two years now,i own an a5, but i have the opportunity to trade for a brand new alpha black, does anyone know how they compare to each other? also, both are stock

i dunno it's just this video of an unfinished game that will probably be awesome when it's completed.

haha same...best thing ever play morning of speed ball eat a huge lunch then chill in woodsball just messin up all the kids who own so many n00bs with there tipman 98's

speedball > woodsball

stay with the A-5. you should totally "sniper" your shit out hahaha. i love tipman and all thier great attatchments =p

i hate those kids who go out with 16", 18", or whatever barrels claiming to be snipers or some shit, seriously it sucks playing with them, they never move, just sit in one spot, not being effective being "snipers" just waiting to get shot.... such a waste of space

Okay, here is a complete guide on how to choose a gun.

1) Go to forest with both guns.

2) Shoot both guns

3) Shoot alot more

4) Figure out which one is lighter, more efficient, more accurate, feels better.

5) Choose.

I ahve found over the years that Tippmann makes some of the best markers for woodsball. they are reliable, they can take a helluva beating and lets face it, you can upgrade them to look baddddassss! Keep the A-5, it's a solid gun.

agreed 100%.
get a new barrel 12,14, or 16 in. whatever you like. and just upgrade it its what i did to my 98 and i still pwn in speedball and woodsball, their great gun for anything. you can basically do whatever you want. stick with your a-5

ahaha. my bad. so it is.

anyways, it looks nice, but I'm not a fan of it, it looks too bulky. I'd stick with the A5, way more upgradable and lighter.

i know it has nothing to do with the thread but Autocockers kill in the woods. My friend had an a-5 with the e trigger and a flatline and ended up selling it for an autococker. And personally ive owned a trilogy comp and now i have a karni and they are the best guns i have ever shot IMO

One of mu buddies is on a pretty big autocoker team in Ontario. I've never played with one, but they seem super nice. They shoot damn straight compared to my shitty 98. But what I want is a phantom, I tried to buy one off the kid with the autococker, but their super expensive. lol, they hold like 15 shots, no hopper and a mini CO2. That gun would be perfect for the way I play.

BTW, flatlines suck balls. I had one, used it for a weekend and sold it. Worst barrel ever.
