For anyone that wears TAPOUT Shirts

i semi agree.

walk an hour a day on level 3 at incline of 15 on the treadmill and you'll shed pounds. a low-cal diet is required

I have chosen the go to the MMA gym and do BJJ rolls 2 times a week for 2 hours a day and Muay Thai/MMA workouts 2 times a week for 2 hours a day and Kendo practice for 2.5 hours one time a week route. I have never been more sore in my entire life.

So I know this guy right, his name is Jeff. Jeff LOVES to fight. So Jeff has this big tapout sticker on the back window of his big bro truck. Someone once asked him why he has that tapout sticker and he responded with "Because sometimes it makes people start fights with me and that way I can get in more fights".
So Jeff is like at the mall I think and he sees some other bro in a big bro truck with a tapout sticker covering the WHOLE back window of his truck. So he starts yelling at the guy calling him a fag and shit, and the other guy starts yelling back at Jeff calling him a pussy and shit. So Jeff gets out of his truck, and walks up to the guys window to start talking shit. This guy doesn't fuck around, as soon as Jeff gets to the window he just clocks him and knocks him out without even opening the door of his big ass bro truck, and drives away.
So Jeff wakes up in the bed of his own truck with his buddies standing there looking at him. First thing he says is "Aw man what the fuck happened?", to which his friend responds "Dude......that guy had a WAY bigger tapout sticker than you."

Yo Panda, do interval runs. Shit will DROP the pounds off you. MMA is great and all, especially Muay Thai, but that is going to make your stronger. Interval runs will help you shed pounds.

i think they produce limited quantities of their clothing to stay underground, if they didnt, nobody would pay $90 for their hoodies

i completely agree with every argument you posted so far, and id like to add that metal mulisha is a sick brand and the duchebags have not found that out yet either, but as far as MMA goes

i really want to get into BJJ and Muay Thai, right now ive been on a strict circut workout, run sprints on treadmill for about 20-30min. or 3 mi., bench, dumbell press, curls, core conditioning such as crunchs, bicycles, situps, then either do a long run on treadmill or lift more depending on what i did the previoius day, just to shed pounds and gain muscle, i want to join the royice gracie gym by me once i get my license and hopefully learn alot and possiably continue with the sport

also anyone that is doing MMA or lifting, what supplements do you take? i want to get the ultimate iceman protein shakes to replaces a meal and keep my heart rate higher and longer ofter workouts(usually breakfast cause i do my workouts early) also want to get the ultimate iceman burn PM to burn more calories while i sleep and restore my protiens faster for my next workout, so any opinons or suggestions?

id much rather wear my causwell t-shirt and my line skis shirt than some douche brand. Im pretty sure when Tapout and brands like that were started for the ufc, it was cool. Now all i see is fucking tools with their hair with gel in it flaunting that shit,

lolwut? Where I live metal mulisha is not only worn by douchebags, its worn by 12 year old douchebags who haven't graduated to SRH or Fox or Tapout yet.
Sometimes they come do rad dirtbike shows at the local speedway though, but seriously I cannot think of a more douchebaggy brand. The other day at the mall I saw a SICK Rockstar 59/50 hat, but then I noticed it also had a metal mulisha logo on it so I didn't buy it.

the only kids that wear metal mulisha by me are kids who have been riding quads for 15+years and kids who are friends with those kids who have a ton of sick tattoos (including metal mulisha tat)

I'm a little suprised this hasnt been posted yet....

Honestly, i think most of the people who wear Tapout and all that either really like to fight people, or are just scared that someone will try to fight them. So they wear stuff like that so people think they like to punch people in the face, hoping that those people dont try to mess with them. kind of like the way goth kids are shy introverts so they wear outgoing, and somewhat intimidating things so people are scared of them, so to speak. Personally, i wouldnt want people to think i like punching people in the face when they look at me. I'd rather people think im mature, and not a scumbag but to each their own i guess.

i completely agree with mr pandas whole arguement, i wear some TapouT shirts and some extreme couture shirts, but because im not a poser douche that just wears them cuz they think theyre tough. i actually box everyday of the week along with wrestle at a mma place.

They make us run sometimes on treadmills breathing through snorkels. I think I puked once about every 5 minutes that day.

I don't know. I will continue to wear my TapouT/TapouT esque shirts even though many people think they are stupid. Just like most of NS will continue with their Tall Ts for the same reason. I like them and they support a sport I enjoy (as well as my favorite fighters)

haha that video was amsuing, but ill admit i own 2 tapout shirts, no i did not pay 50$ for them, but i paid 30$ and got both of them. I do not fight in competition, but i do train with my friend at the gym who does fight in mma, i use that as my cardio form of my workouts because i hate running. Mr. Panda brings up a good point, Jibberish started out (still is) a core brand, much like tapout was when it started now look at it, people started to support it, much like NS who supports Jibberish, soon Jibberish will be a brand u will see many ppl wearing who may or may not be freestyle skiers. Like it or not, its how marketing works.
