If you click on the link there is a link to a program called "The Photographer's Ephermis." It compiles data of sunrises and sunsets via your GPS coordinates (or any location you select) to show you the sunrise, sunset, moonrise, and moonsets. It also includes the phases of the moon and whether or not obstructions could hinder your chance at the photo.
It's all about timing, hopefully somebody finds this useful. I know it's past my bed time.
 
I'm glad you guys take an interest! Funny enough this is the first time in years my karma has been higher than my post count hahahaha.
