Alright so I'm from Michigan, I drove to Cincinnati for a Girl Talk concert which was amazing. Anyway, I was droving home on I-75 going 69 when I passed like 3 little camera things above the road, I swear I saw them flash, maybe I was wrong, but are there speeding cameras on the express ways? or was I just seeing things? I'm hoping I'm not going to get a ticket for for going 4 over, thats bullshit. So are they really cameras?
 
well i wouldnt think so...cause there would be so many damn tickets, and shit...cause you know tht everyone goes a lil over and everything...but if you do get a ticket, update us
 
Do you have a front plate? Cause i know it is not a law in all states to have one on and they probably couildnt get you if you don't have one on
 
They get the fronts, not the backs, hence him seeing the flash.

And since you don't have front plates in MI, you might have got away, Creator.

 
I live in Ohio, I don't think we have speed camera's on the highway, usually they are just traffic cameras for the news so you should be good.
 
i live in ohio, and i know what you're talking about....i'm pretty sure they're something for semi-trucks and weigh stations. don't worry about it.
 
I'd guess that the flashes were more of a "oh shit they got me i better slow down" trick rather than an actual ticket

 
I just moved to cincinnati for grad school and haven't heard anything about this from anyone....I would have definitely got a ticket by now. They just voted on adding more traffic/speeding cameras and it was turned down. You're fine.
 
Actually most highway and traffic cameras, along with toll cameras, will photograph the rear plates for this exact reason.
 
I drive in ohio all the time and I believe what you saw was just for the trucking stations.. were they like white cameras that extended about a lane over from the right?

But I highly doubt they are speed cameras seeing as Ive never heard of those in ohio..
 
im from ohio and i drive alll over, including 1-75 , im pretty sure those arent speeding traps. they are things for the truck stops weight stations, like they hover over the road and are white. they dont do shit.

someone tell me if im wrong. plus i speed everywhere. and im pretty sure i would have gotten my ticket in the mail by now.
 
i live in cincy and i drive I-75 everyone and a while and i fly up and down it at like 80-90 and never gotten a ticket. those cameras are for the weight stations
