does anybody get cramps from the footbeds in their boots? i always do so i take them out but the only problem with that is that if you take them out then theres less shock absorber stuff and i have bad heels and i just destroyed my heel so what should i do? buy gelpads? put the beds back in? or crochet a footbed

Look around for some Superfeet Trim to Fit footbeds. They only cost like 25-35 bucks, and they are 100% better than the crap that comes in boots.

 
lange gave me special crazy footbeds with my boots. last year i had superfeet but they didnt work at all...super uncomfortable and gave me millions of cramps

I've got the superfeet cork insoles, my friend gave them to me for free, i think they're worth about $100. I really like them.

 
see the problem with footbeds is that when i had them in i couldnt get my foot in...my foot is too wide...i warmed the boots and shti but it didnt work unless i took out the bottoms. i think im gonna try some of the dr schools gel things and shit and see hwo tose work

KAF is right. but dont just get your shoe size. have a salesperson fit them to you, everyones arch is different and they have various sizes/arches to accomdate almost anyone. as for the kid who got the superfeet kork footbed from his friend, are you aware that the korks are custom footbeds? they were probably done at the shop for your friends foot so they probably arent doing any good for you. my shop owner got us all korks for christmas, so i just got mine a couple months ago and after the initial shock to my feet, they are amazing. i would highly suggest forking out the $150 for them. they are a full length custom insole that last a loooong time and can go from boot to boot. sorry for the rant, but these things are bomb.

 
take your boots to a shop, have them blow out the toe box for you so they are wide enough and then you can use the footbeds. i have no idea how you can ski without footbeds in your boots, especially langes. i ski the 120 FRs right now and i cant imagine skiing in them without my custom footbeds.

 
^thats what i ski...comp 120 frs. i skied so many years without footbeds that i got used to it i guess. i just need something for my heels. but anyway i was at the mt snwo comp and i was the one that got hurt casing switch

what was included in the course? how did you and your brother place? i refuse to compete at mt snow, after several severe 'shaftings' i hurd switch 10 didnt make finals at muthafugga.

 
and get some custom made it will take you like 20 mins in a ski-shop and maybe, dont know what they would cost in england thought, where i work we take about 50£.

yeah that was me that got shafteed at snow with the sw 10 and got 12th....but anyway im putting my old footbed in then gonna see how that works. after that if they arent good then ill go get them custom fitted. thanks
