So I'm no bootfitter, but here's what i did to get rid of the toebang.
I bought a pair of seth morrison full tilts and was getting toebang. So I bought a foam sheet from here:
https://www.tognar.com/ski-and-snowboard-boot-fitting-foam-10-x-10/
and a butterfly wrap here:
https://www.tognar.com/boot-fitting-foam-ankle-wrap-pads-1-8-pr/
and I put the butterfly wrap on the outside of the liner, where my ankle sits, and cut off the back part so it wasn't pushing my foot forward, only keeping my heel and ankle more locked in place.
If you want more ankle grip then throw the foam sheet on
Then I bought these really cheap insoles
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075CXBKCL/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_i_USArEb7R4VDYD
And that was it, no toe bang for 2 years now.
That's just what worked for me though. So do with this info what you will.
