Football hits

10x better

You got to remember, american football players wear loads of pads, rugby players dont. so the hits may not look big but they feel big.

theres been so many threads on rugby vs football...scientific facts show that football hits are indeed harder, however the play feels much less because of the pads. rugby hits aren't as big, but they feel all of it

and in the video, 3 rules which some hits broke, no tackling above the shoulders, and no spear tackling (picking up and dropping on the head). you can pick them up and drop, just not upside down on their head. and the last would be late hits to the kicker. so most of those were legal.

i play rugby and football.....i have to say that the hits in football are harder but the hits in rugby hurt ALOT more. My team is 7 games into the season and i have already dislocated my shoulder twice. and every game weve had, at least one person had to get taken to the hospital.

everything after 5:30 was sick in the football vid. I'd like to try playing rugby one time though, it looks fun.
