so following that resort food thread, i figure everyone has some cheap eats near their home hill. so list the top ski lunches, no fast food.

Park City:

1.Davanzas

2.Food for Thought

go.

lucky!!!!

every mountain iv ever been to they wanna charge me an arm and a leg for a bowl of soup, let alone a sandwhich or something like that...

i usually bring a lunch in my pack tho and just buy a gatorade or something at the lodge...

yeah, i usually bring my own stuff up too, but its always nice to get something hot and fresh, ya heard? haha.

it was 8 bucks for some onion rings and a muffin at my toboggan hill last weekend, pretty much the only other place to eat is 20 minutes away so if youre hungry and without food youre stuck

i think the worst was at heavenly... 17 bucks for a veggie burger and a gatorade

Davanza's used to be the shit, when they raised the price of the high school special it was still worth it, but now they are giving small thin and hardly filling pizza slices.

yeah, but theyre re-hiring a bunch of old kitchen staff from like 2 years ago for the winter season, so hopefully it cranks back up.

- the grill in the back of my buddys manvan does a good job makin burgers

- for drinks, ransack sobe adrenaline rushes from the food court

- always keep a powerbar in my suit in case i get famished

- i got poutine everyday in whistler last spring break

My house...the hill is in the middle of no where so I usually bring a drink or two from home and some chips or soemthing. prices at the hill are rediculous

thats sad, everytime i go to pc i always hit up davanzas. it used to be 5 bucks for high school special, how much is it now?

in my lunch bag. yum yum. nothing like some good ol venison sausage sandwich and some granny smith apples and maybe some granola and licorice for desert with some cheap knock off bottled water. Geesh. I think in all gloriousness it costs about zilch for me !!! thanks mommy! (I.E. cheapest lunch around.)

shits not bad at my home hill in WI but i sometimes bring my shit, im in vail right now and its maddd expensive, but the flying burrito is not bad compared to the prices of other places

Bellingham:

Diegos (BCR's best burrito under 3$)

Boomers (Damn sexy burgers)

On the way to Baker:

Beer Shrine (Amazing beer/pizza)

Joowanas used to have the dankest Carne Asada burrito...

Grahams (Phish tacos + beer = Best ever)

Milanos is pretty good too, but expensive.
