I just saw some kid who said he was going to try a misty into a foampit...I didn't even know they had those for skiing, wouldnt it be a bit uneccessary because snow is relatively forgiving?
foam pits are alot more forgiving than snow.... snow only has so much give to it, then its gonna be somewhat of a solid block at some depth or another. where in foam it can be 6 feet of foam, where it will sort of just catch you instead of stop you.
ummm i'm not sure what woodwards facilities are... but I know that in some gyms they have them, and at camps, or good training facalites like pc. Alot of skiiers use water ramps now in the summer
I had said I was going to misty into a foampit in my "cork 3? bio maybe?" thread if you are referring to me...but I was talking about a gym nearby that has trampolines and tramplines that go up and you can launch into a foampit. Not on skis.
