Foam Pit Dimensions

i was thinking about building a foam pit in my back yard, but im not sure what dimensions it should have, especially how deep. If anyone does gymnastics or anything like that, how deep is the foam pit at your gym?
 
well my personal foam pit is 50 feet deep olympic pool sized and has 2 jumps going into it, on 120 footer for when I want to mess around and one 200 footer.
 
building a foam pit is a little difficult. at our gym its probable like 15 feet across 30 feet wide and for the depth. it is about 5-6 feet of foam and under that is a trampoline with like 3 or 4 feet below that.
 
The one I used in high school for dive team was like that but 15*15 and rigged for a harness. The one I use now in my Trapoline and Ariel Acrobatics class is similar but in smaller proportions. probably 8*12*5. you jump into it from spring boards or the little pro trampoline so the shallow-ness isn't really an issue. Keep us posted how it turns out, that would be so sick!
