i fucking hate women drivers(only ones that don't fucking think when driving). some girl that goes to a high school around mine thought it would be cool to dodge traffic weaving in and out really fast..........she happened to hit me as i was pulling out...it also happens to be my fault because i was in the left turn lane.

if it wasn't a left turn lane then it wouldn't have been my fault, but since it was,yet she still ran into me, it us my fault. It was a 3 lane road and she was on the very right hand side and i was coming out of the left into the center. by the time i was already half way into the center lane she pulled ahead and tried to snake her way through the gap in front of her and me. she didn't have enough from and clipped me.i have a lawyer to get me out of the ticket and there is an investigation to see if it actually was caused by me. hope things work out. most likely i will just have to pay for my car. its really hard to explain but it is just one of this stupid things that can be unfortunate because the law doesn't get specific enough. I will sketch it up in photo shop later

 
you stupidd. I bet you a lawyer cost more than the actual fine, and i also you be making this up... trolololooll.
 
well the lawyer is the best in WA and finds technical things the cop didn't do when making the ticket. she has a 95% case win rate. its worth it cas if i get another ticket i will have my license suspended till I'm 18. Plus it won't effect my insurance. pics going up in a bit
 
its only 400 and plus more for after (she is the best for getting people out of tickets). plus my mom is paying which is really nice of her being that i am was the one in the accident.
 
because the damage is to the front of the car, and you were turning left, it would look like you are responsible, but hopefully things work out. good luck tho, things like this are very annoying, i had someone run into me and try and say it was my fault, long story short he contradicted himself when telling his story to the cops, and kept trying to push that it was my fault (it was his third accident on the job), I quietly pointed out a few key places where he contradicted himself, the cop said he noticed, and to simply say the exact same thing to the insurance company, and everything would be fine. All worked out, no tickets, no court, and my insurance didn't cover him and my rate didn't go up, but best of luck to you, these situations are no fun
 
based on that picture i would also have to say that it is your fault, since i am thinking you went to do a half pull? which i dont think is legal, could be different for where you are though.

hope you get shit worked out, i hate accidents i got hit wed. on my way to a-basin some mexican rear ends me at a light, luckily he wasnt a dick and super apologetic and his insurance is covering everything, but needless to say it ruined my nice day of skiing.
 
i know it looks like i am at fault cas of the pic but its because she flew into the side of me ripping the bumper out as she kept going past.
