Well, all i know is the reaction force is equal to roe(g)(Hcg)(A) but how do i find my line of action?

at what school and in what program are you taking fluids?

Line of action is through the center of the surface area. You find it in a similar fashion to finding a center of gravity (calculus) but most fluids courses won't make it a difficult shape. ie the center of a square or rectangle.
