Flu

well i have the flu and i've been skiing, swimming and horseback riding ... but i'm not throwing up or anything ...

but it's probably not a good idea
 
take a day off and try to get better the best way is get wrapped up in blankets and take a shot glass fill it with honey, lemon juice and whiskey. get in bed and sleep it off. you will sweat everything out. i swear it works like a charm
 
thats retarded, if you have a fever, it is not good to wrap up in blankets, it makes you hotter and you can fuck yourself by overheating which causes your enzymes to mishape and not work
 
your body needs energy to fight the flu so why spend in on exercise when its only gonna make you feel drained in a few hours
 
if you exercise with the flu, you are jsut asking to fuck yourself over. the flu really attacks your respitory system, and since your immune system is fighting hard and weaker, you're more likely to get bronchitis and pneumonia and other respitory stuff and shit. so you can have the flu, exercise, then get another round of bugs, or just lengthen the duration of the flu. just be patient, rest, and drink water like a fiend
 
dude if you really had the flu exersize wouldn't even cross your mind. i just got back from the doctors and i have the flu and its a pain just to type these words.
