I'm getting going to start snowboarding this year because skiing at a VA mountain really isn't cutting it. I am about to buy flow bindings because they are quick and easy, and I am wondering are flow bindings actually good, because I heard some people hate them

+k if you can help

Yes they are. And if you are riding with skiers, they will love you for your choice. They are so fast to put on compared to standard bindings.

The newer stuff I've seen flow put out is a lot much nicer than anything in previous years.

So I would def say check out their product and spend the extra buck.

one of my chica friends had them and she liked them at first but then really hated them cuz they are super picky like your foot has be in an exact place to clip in.

if you want to get a serious binding and plan on feeling like you control you board id get anything else. nothing against flow, they are cool bindings and the technology is definitely advancing, but from friends who have both flow bindings and traditional bindings, alot say traditional give you more of a attached feeling to the board, more control in carving and park situations. nothing is wrong with flow bindings and they are innovative, but if i was to start snowboarding i would pick up some regular bindings to start, and some mittens haha, cause you can undo and do-up bindings with mittens very easily

These are what I have, Rome sds 390s. fuck yea

my lady friend has them and she likes them! but i got some K2 cinches and they were pretty sick, pretty much the same thing but they look cooler

This. And from my experience...I hate to say it but stupid Burton actually has nice bindings, my P1s are doin me lots of good.

theyre sick, all you have do is pull that strap up to lock them in place and then you can adjust the size with the straps, real easy to get in and out of

please god dont buy flow bindings. i won a pair of the scotty lago pro model ones. i rode them for about a week and came to the conclusion that they are complete and total garbage. seriously they are just fucking awful. far too soft, dont hold your boot very well. the whole ""easy access" thing is bullshit. you have the adjust the mini ratchets every time you strap in no matter what. plus they were just poor quality in general.

buy flux bindings. they are by far the best bindings out there, they dont break (ever) they have amazing customer service and their bindings are the most comfortable i have ever ridden. they are just really well made. and you can regularly pick up last seasons new for like $130

rome 390's are also great bindings, but IMO are much to stiff.

unions feel great but they dont hold up as well as everyone says. they fall apart fairly easy.

You can stop looking for bindings and just go with union, his friend has them so you know they are good!

FUCK. YES. Union bindings are amazing...I'd find it hard to go with another one after riding my milans. They are so solid.

if youre friends with skiiers they are not gonna want you to take 2 minutes to get your binding on, like i said before get K2 cinch CTS's, so easy to get in and out of you'll be ready before some of your skiier friends

flows are hard to get snug enough with your boot and you end up using the mini ratches more than you would think, i would get some burton missions or rome 390s

Flows are a trap. Don't do it. They look all cool but unless you have Flow boots, sometimes the back of the flows will start to rip parts of your boots. If you have regular bindings now, stick with those. Flows are great for begginers

It takes literally like 12 seconds to strap in on normal bindings. The hype over easy-access and fast bindings is pretty dumb

well with the k2's instead of having to sit down to strap in i can be standing up and get ready real quick

PLUS! my tall tee's never get the dumb frozen ass spot on the back of it!!!!
