how feasible would it be to allow one to open up a cult chat in a message/profile type window allowing the user to browse the website and post in cult chat?

to go the extra mile, make it like the quick chat of yesteryear and keep a cult chat dedicated to a part of the page, so no matter where you go on the site, it's always there.

 
would opening up the desired cult chat work and then "right click" the "home" tab and open in a new window/tab work?? then browse with the one tab then chat with the other??
 
i try to tab it, but i always forget that i've got chat going on and go to a different part of the site even with a second tab. having it in a mini window is possible, but i'd really like to see it embedded in the page, like the media player at thesixtyone for example
 
If you are referring to having the option to open the chat as a new popup window/tab, I like it.
 
yeah that would be really cool. But if you had multiple cults, you should be able to somehow minimize them so you dont have a milli cult chats going on at once
 
sounds like a great idea, i have no idea how technically difficult that would be though
 
or you could open the cult chat in a new window and not make the ns guys spend 4 years coding....
 
The idea is that double tabbing your NS (as many of us have been) makes it more of a pain in the ass, and you end up forgetting about the chat. He's just offering an idea on how to make the chat more accessible and functionable than it is now. This way it is actually used. No use having it if its a pain in the ass and therefore rarely used.
