Are front and backflip legal in open competitions? I have my flip qualified by the Canadian Association of Acrobatic skiing. I know in FIS competitions I can but can I throw off a flip in opens?

nick i think he means moguls. yes inverts are allowed in moguls however, some resorts still do not allow inverts due to insurance regulations (imposed by insurance companies and not resorts) so it really depends on where the comp is.
if it's a big air or slopestyle, as nick said you may not accomplish too much depending on the field.
