so why is it that noone is flipping on or off rails?

doesnt seem like it would be too hard to do off a rail, ir even on for that matter

people are doing 640 on and off so why no flipping?

It's been done. I think in Propaganda and some a few other movies I've seen. But it seemed to stall out a bit. It would be sick to see it being done now. Like a backflip to rail to 270 out.

yearm, they aren't doing 640s on, they might be doing 630s on...

i guess it could be forseable, since candide is doing corked 810 to rail. but i don't think most parks would want to build such a kick, and i think everyone is over the wow factor of a flip on since it has been done already.

and i don't think its really that interesting to look at, its kinda ackward.

i guess this weekend some snowboarder tried a flip onto the smith limo at the spring loaded rail jam at killy...which was by far one of the most craziest jams ive seen

yea, i kinda knew you would say that, but its what the trick is called. and when you are pro nowadays, the judges bring out the protractor and measure exactly at what angle you landed on the rail. no way out of a sloppy over rotated landing my man.

Yeah I have definitely seen them on and off in movies, prob those ones mentioned above. Looks super impressive when done smoothly, but it must be harder doing it on, after all if you fuck up it could get nasty nad lining it up so you land exactly right can't be easy.

I saw some dude in an ape costume (Possibly Stu Epps??) do a frontflip off of the Smith Limo at Marquette Mtn.'s Midwest Superpark a couple weeks ago. Someone probably has video...
