Yeah it is. There was a video from roo with a kid running into people trying to get of there scared out of his mind, tripping balls. Everyones laughing and video taping him. He eventually got taken away by security. People could have just talked him down and brought him to a close campsite or a corner of centerroo where there weren't many people. Gotten him some water and kept his spirits up. Unfortunately some people suck.

Thats why I like the heady fests, fuck broo
