is hdpe flexable enough to bend over a rainbow or on a rollercoaster box

and could i pull of countersinking with 1/4 inch thick?

Yes they are both very flexible having delt with both. I would go with HDPE. Just be very careful when countersinking not to crack the hdpe, it is quite expensive.

yeah that should work fine i countersaink with 1/8"

i made a whele tail box with 1/4 inch HDPE and it bent fine, and the counter sinking works good too
