flex-stiff or soft

hi! what is better, a stiffer or a softer skì? i think its different where to use, right?

so what about bc, whats better(powder)?

Piste stiff, because it doesn't move so fast and moguls softer, but stiff is also okay?

best wishes

If theyr too flimsy and you land too backseat, they will manual under you and you'll be on your ass. And they don't hold too good on high speeds. Easier to do butters and so.

If theyr stiff, they don't manual under you as much as soft skis, hold better on high speeds, but harder to butter.

its kinda of a prefrence, a good all around ski is one that has a softer nose and a stiffer tail. The only ski that I know has a good combo is the Seth Pistol.

it also matters how big you are. if you're a large person with a really soft ski, it doesn't matter where you're at on the mountain, it's not gonna support you. likewise if you're a tiny person on a pair of bricks it's gonna be harder to control them

i have this years PE's, they are awsome off piste, and great at high speeds, they work pretty good for park, but i would buy a softer ski if i skied park most of my time
