Flex of the line anthems??

i was just wondering if anybody knows haw the flex of the 08 anthems compares to the invader or other skis?
 
the anthums are the sickest ski I've ever had. get them.

I would describe the flex as soft, but amazing everywhere, fat enough for pow and the best park stick u'll ever have. def the ultiment all mtn ski
 
The anthem? I believe you mean the Dave Pires Pro Model. Anyway they're very soft. Butter zones, gentlemen, butter zones.
 
They are stiffer than the 07' invaders because they have a carbon fiber stringer (like the 08'invaders too) and the extra width makes them stiffer. I am under the impression that it is exactly the same as the invader but fatter. I want them alot and I will get them for sure.
 
yeh there supposedly just like the invaders but a tiny bit stiffer and fatter.

yea andy parry and lil john were both on them. i don't know if you noticed that andy's bases were mostly black and john's were mostly blue
 
they flex the exact same as the 08 invader, at least in your hands(i havent actually rode 08 invaders).

I have never skied on anything before over 90 in the waist that is good for rails, but they are.

fun ski everywhere.
 
i have some and they are stiffer then the 07 invaders but still soft they rip everywhere on the hill and are so good in the park i would recommend them for sure
 
just have a question i am thinking about getting the line chronic 08 has anyone ridden them and are they good and do you think they will have the problems that they did last year
 
uhh, well i'm pretty sure the 08 anthems are identical to the 07's. pretty soft, slightly stiffer than the invader. one of the nicest flexing skis out there... i really enjoyed the ride of 'em. you don't even have to think about riding switch, too.
 
I have the 07 chronics and have 0 probs with them, there great skis. What probs have u heard?

And I can't wait till my shop gets the Anthems, they look sick!
 
anthems are sick, order my pair a few weeks ago, just waiting for em to come in. supposedly our order has started shipping as of yesterday so our shop should start getting them in
 
I'd say definitely Anthems. I mean Invaders are kind of your average park ski, whereas Anthems, with a beefy center and true twintip is something lots of people have been waiting for
 
if the invaders were your average park ski... the anthems would be to.... because they are the exact same ski. The anthems are just a bit wider. Both skis have symmetrical side cut and flex. Both skis have true twin tips. Both skis have a true center mounting position. Same ski. The Anthem is just a touch stiffer than the invader due to its extra width.
