Flatspin Help

be confident, pop hard, drop that shoulder, and try to spot your landing early. get a japan in there to give it that real flatspin look and it will also help get the rotation right, then let those legs come around and stomp

If you can backflip practice carving to the left and then throwing right to ease into that off axis flip

unless you are used to carving into jumps try the flat 3 straight in first time. come in with a bit extra speed because you might make some fear speedchecks, feet shoulder width apart, wait until your bindings are on the lip of the jump, solid pop (be patient) and throw it slightly over your left shoulder (assuming you are spinning left, opposite for right), grab japan to stay compact and help with rotation, spot landing , stomp it! It's helpful to be confident doing them on tramps, and if you can do backflips on snow then this will be insanely easy for you! I would try it on a kicky jump rather than a sendy jump and 30 feet is a good size for a first try (lot's of room to mess up). good luck, post results!

also really tired right now so if that doesn't make sense then try and decipher it.
