Flat Down Box

I'm having a lot of trouble with these, I've tried looking down at the end of the rail like I will for anything flat, but i still end up falling on it. Do I just need to push forward more or is there anything else I can do to keep me balanced?

Yea, I have the same problem. I just made a thread about it a couple of weeks ago and most ppl said keep a wide stance and look a little bit further than the end. Unfortunately I haven't been able to try yet caz I haven't been able to go up. But, idk if there is any difference, i tried on my inline skates and it helped a lot. Also, i have a box (no drop in or lip onto it so I just push off from a wall or something) and tried it out and it helped a lot.

shift your weight to more on your front foot when you reach the down so you dont slide out, and commit and dont be a pussy so you dont come off early.

perfect. with a rail or ox thats down you always have to lean on the front more and keep a really wide stance and keep trying till you get it
