Flat 3 trouble

im having trouble spotting my landing throwing flat 3s. sometimes i never see the landing and over rotate a lot landing on my back and other times i come up short. how do you spot your landing and slow the rotation to land well?

depends, I usually feel it on the pop of the lip then you should see your landing coming around 270, you could also try taking them to 5, which are a little easier to spot, but either way set the trick with your pop.
