Flat 3 help?

Hucked my first flat 3 yesterday but after I landed the one my rotation started to turn and I began to land at 450 instead of 3. As I did a couple today I mostly landed in the 450 range. What should I do to keep my rotation at 360 instead of overrotating and landing sideways?
 
this happened to me a lot when I learned them and what helped was really opening your shoulder to the sky and grabbing japan it helped make them more flat and you can control the rotation better.
