FLASHES

Hey yall, I am looking to pick up a flash and I don't really know too much about them / what to look for. All I know is I want tilt and swivel. I am stuck between:

and the Sigma -- http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/741743-REG/Sigma_199109_EF610_DG_ST_Flash.html

Reviews for both are good, but it seems like the Bolt is much better for a little bit more $$. I'm thinking it is better to get the Bolt, but any feedback would be nice. I know that typically with camera stuff you get what you pay for.

On camera, I would prefer TTL but I could probably deal with out it.
