flash into finalcut

i have flash mx for windows and final cut for mac (obviously). is it possible to put a flash animation into a final cut movie. i assume u export the movie as a different format and import it into final cut, but havent tried. if that would work, what should i export the movie as.

.mov (Quicktime) You might be able to put an swf in Final Cut though.

yea, when trying to import flash into premiere me and my friend had trouble trying to export the file as an avi (mov if it was a mac) using the flash exporter, so we found some a program on the internet that converted swf to avi. the sound was slightly out of sync, but there are several programs out there if you do a search so you could probably find one that works well if the built in flash one doesnt work for you.
