But I think that switch 270s on are easier than regular. I’m a comfortable switch skier and I think that seeing the rail the whole time you spin really helps with how you land on the rail. I just find it easier, plus you can land on your regular foot forward.

I agree except my crappy bindings always eject my front foot, even though getting the rotation and landing on the rail isn't an issue

Hate to break it to you. That’s not a hot take. Sw270s on are easier for most people because you can see the rail the whole time

I love switch 2s woflowy ??

I fucking hate switch 2s onto high rails, sometimes I get in my head and don’t commit and split the rail and fuck my taint. That being said when I fully commit I never fall off the rail early, however, I never ever ever split on normal 2 on but sometimes it’s hard for me to slide the whole rail for whatever reason.

Where’s dogfartstaint when you need him

I'd agree with this sentiment if all I hit was low tubes where it's easy to get the air you need to clear the feature. Once I start trying sw lip 2s on stuff I can actually wreck myself on my attitude changes though. And sw tails 2... hell na that tick is hard and scary on a proper handrail. Especially when I naturally slide left foot forward.

Depends on what you regular foot and spin direction are though...

I'm honestly going to say. Landing 270 on to unnatural foot is easier on an urban-on approach than switch 270 (lip or tails). On a forward 270 you can watch your noses clear the rail right in front of you. Sw tails 2 is kinda hard to see that. Sw lip 2 you gotta hop like Michael Jordan.

I respectfully disagree with your hot take. But totally agree for a smaller ride-on rail.

agree, but it makes me feel like a bitch

feel like it depends on your natty foot + natty spin combo. i've never learned sw 2 because i suck at left foot grinds, i've had 2s on for years tho. so for me 2 on is way easier

Tips on sw lip 2s onto urban rails? Can do on low consequence tubes but anything higher no go. Tryin to watch od vids and seems like you gotta commit to the pop but also swing your shoulder around first and then the lower part of your legs? Also just end up pussying out and sw lipping

I wish I could do any variation of a 2 on on anything other than a tube. This guy has no hops.

This is factual

once you get comfy with a regular 2 on they get so easy. Sw 2 takes more effort by far but is less intimidating at first for most
