If you wanna know how, listen up. What you need to do is throw your right shoulder (if you want to spin to the left) as if you were kinda gonna tackle some one. but instead of being face down you have to roll over onto your back. IN OTHER WORDS pretend that you wanted to, from a standing position, jump onto the floor onto your back with your feet facing where you were standing origionally. AS if falling forward but spinning 180 so you land on your back. But you have to through your shoulder so you get into that position. NOTE: going too inverted is often a result of not throwing it up enough to stay flat. and if you end up in the on-your-back position with your head not pointing directly down hill like you should, but accross the fall line resembling an awkward misty, you probably need to throw it to the right more instead of directly infront of you to counter act this. Besides throwing it you just look over your shoulder, you can spot it pretty soon and then just stomp it!
