** FKS Paint Help ** K++

Just wondering if any of you guys have touched up your Orange Rossi FKS? If so what paint and did you use and coating? Any help appreciated and K++

Fucked up gear is tight. When I see some guy skiing around in old ripped up saga with beat to shit skis I automatically assume he is 100x better than the kids with brand new saga, next years skis, and painted fks'.

Stop worrying about your gear looking a little old and focus on skiing.

Soak them in denatured alcohol for about 6 days. Should do the trick.

Just color the white parts where the paint has chipped off with black or silver sharpie

why do 90% of the people i this thread not care what condition their gear is in? do ur parents buy u new skis and boots every year? trying to make your gear last as long as possible is a good thing. if your ski gets a core shot you should get it fixed this is the same concept. stop hating on op for wanting nice looking stuff

repainting bindings is not making them last longer / OP cant perform the switch.

you fix a coreshot in a ski because it affects the performance.

you dont paint chips in your bindings because it does not effect the performance.

you should feel bad.

My comment was about people who use their shit til its completely beat as fuck and you cant use it. Not purposely not taking care of your gear. And paint on the bindings wont help at all.

I still use my old Sessions snow pants from 2005...beat to hell and they still work in 0 degree weather.

OP it's fucking plastic, just buy some spray paint and redo the whole thing if you want by masking off parts you don't want painted. That way you can paint it any color you want, which you obviously care about.

EXACTLY! Unfortunately the color orange doesn't make your shit last longer..it does look pretty and I get that but honestly unless your stopped or on the lift no ones gonna see and we all know your pants should be baggy enough that you can't see the bindings...that's just pure steez
