FKS Heel problem

So ive ridden my Fks 155 for about 3 years now, and i take them off my old skis and go to put them on my new ones, and 3 out of 4 of the back heel piece screws are stripped. Im talking about the ones that are behind the brake. I remember when i was taking the screws out of the bidings when they were in my other skis that some metal circles came out on the screws. I dont want to buy new bindings anything i can do??

Short- FKS screws are stripped in back of the brake
 
wait so theyre stripped so u cant get them out of the ski or just some of the threads are missing? if threads are missing just go to your local shop n they prolly will have spare screws u can get
 
^ They came out and i went to mount my new skis and the back threads are stripped, i tested the screws on the one that still works, so is there any wya to fix it?
 
just ask your shop for new screws. if your getting them mounted there you could probably get em for free.
