FKS 155 help please...

So i just got a used pair of Rossi Fks 155's from this dude at my shop, they are really sick and really burly. But the guy i bought them from was a racer and cranked the din up to 13.

My problem is that, one of the heel release (dildo looking piece) is jammed, stuck, fucked... whatever you want to call it, at 13. I cannot turn it down or up. I can adjust the other dildo piece and the two toe pieces DINS, but i was wondering if this has ever happened to anyone? and if so can anyone tell me how to fix it so that i can adjust it.

all i can say is crank em hard. it might just be a little stuck and just needs a little umph to get it moving
 
find something long that fits horozontally in the flat blade receptor on the dildo - a metal ruler is a poor example. A steel straitedge or something would work great.

 
Take them back to the shop and have him do it. If it's stuck then get a refund. P18 are pretty impossible to get down from 18 once you get them there but you should be fine here wit ha big screwdriver and a good grip.
 
Word, you just need a cheater to get some leverage on it.

Do that and you'll be golden, sometimes if a binding stays at one setting for a while it takes some doing to break the spring screw loose, just give 'er.
